Our space offers a bright & modern basement suite for you to enjoy tucked away from the city. This is a private secondary suite above our family home. You have a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette to yourself. **We have young children and dogs and do our very best to keep any noise down to a minimum.

The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle.
