Furnished to a high standard The cottage is canal facing, with picturesque views, you can watch the ducks & Narrow boats go past while you have breakfast from inside the cottage. Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.

Birmingham New Street Station is a 25 minute train ride away and Lichfield is 5 minutes. The NEC is 25 minutes by car and we are also well-located for Drayton Manor, West Midlands Safari Park, Cannock Chase (Forestry England site), Sutton Park, the Peak District, The National Arboretum, The Belfry Golf course and Birmingham Christmas Market.

Polly Cottage

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.
