The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

The Park also features a golf driving range and an 18-hole, par 3 golf course. The accommodation is an in-law suite with private entrance, 4K TV (for use with streaming services such as NETFLIX and HULU), Wi-Fi and a Keurig Coffee machine, microwave, small refrigerator. You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
