Snipe Barn is one of eight converted barns on our family working farm. Shared facilities include Hot Tub, Fitness Barn, Soft Play Barn and Games Barn lots of fun for all the family. Snipe Barn has 3 bedrooms and a very comfortable open plan living/dining and kitchen area boasting a fully equipped kitchen with many extras. Snipe Barn is a traditional Granary which has been very sympathically converted with exposed beams and brickwork but with modern touches Snipe is flooded with natural light.

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

The Lookout-Suffolk

The Lookout with unspoilt views across fields with large panoramic windows where the wildlife comes to you. All the year round comfort with an air source underfloor heating system through the colder months and the Lookout is a fantastic heat trap in warmer months inside and out. Quiet secluded location set in the small rural village of Lound on the Suffolk Norfolk border. Why not watch the sunset from the brand new electric hot tub, with the lights and jets it truly is a magical experience.

Bonneys Barn Retreat - Luxury homely getaway

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
