Only minutes away from Oglebay resort and waterfall, Wesbanco Arena, The Capital Theater, Centre Market and more, this quiet and cozy cottage is designed for you to come to and relax from your adventure. Located in the beautiful historic Woodsdale neighborhood, you will have access to a private garage with alley access and your cottage above. With privacy and a safe, very walkable neighborhood, this is perfect for single travelers, utility workers, students, couples and smaller families.

Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
