This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

The Barn Rosebank - The Hills in Byron Hinterland

The Barn is a private space tucked away on 100 acres of rolling hills, rainforest, and macadamia orchards well away from the main house, with stunning views of the foothills of the Nightcap Range. A perfect spot to unwind, with peaceful walks to a secluded swimming hole and waterfall. You’ll share the land with wallabies, echidnas, donkeys, goats, a cow, 3 calves and our friendly green frog, Frankie. A short drive to Clunes, Federal, and Bangalow, it’s a quiet escape to rest and recharge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, brand new stylish space. This modern Loft is hidden in sunrise beach close to everything you need. Positioned at the rear of the owner’s property with private entrance, outdoor veranda and garden to chill with full privacy. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
