The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The Railway Weigh Office (Cliburn Station)

The Weigh Office is a perfect base to relax, unwind and explore The Lakes & the Eden Valley. The building was once a working part of the Eden Valley Railway and has been fully modernised to provide a unique, compact self-catering holiday accommodation for up to two guests. Heated by an environmentally friendly geothermal ground source heat pump, it offers a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, double bed on a mezzanine (accessed via a ladder), private parking and a spacious outside decking area.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys.
