The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as five furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Marigold, Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field the Hut is located in. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Clean, modern, self-contained ground floor studio with private shower room and kitchenette, private entrance, all located within our family home, but totally private for our guests. Ample private parking on a large, gated driveway. Located just a mile from Sutton Coldfield town centre and train station and a stone's throw away from local pubs, restaurants, takeaways and convenience stores. Also, close to bus stops and other local parks and country walks. 10 min walk to Good Hope hospital.

Hop on our local golf course or hike through the countryside, enjoy the wildlife and head back and relax in the warm bubbly hot tub surrounded by fairy lights for that romantic evening under the stars. Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

Sugar Brook Retreat ~ Quirky~Cosy

Sugar Brook Retreat nestled in the North Warwickshire Countryside is a tastefully converted open plan barn with high ceilings and unique features, the ideal location to escape the routine of daily life and relax in a remote setting surrounded by miles of public footpaths including the North Arden Heritage trail.  Just 4 miles from junction 10 of the M42 makes this accommodation perfect to relax in the country but close enough to the midlands road networks to travel with ease.

Short walk to Marston Green train station on direct line one stop from Birmingham International and 15 mins from Birmingham City Centre. Located in pleasant quiet village location close to shops, restaurant and tavern. Large driveway for guests, and can arrange for longer parking stays if flying out from airport. Hosts live next door for any assistance if needed.

The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.

It has proved to be very popular with families moving house or those working in the area.

Our beautiful and tranquil private gated accommodation is the perfect retreat for your stay in Tamworth, a 5 minute drive from Drayton Manor. "Little Laxford" is a recently built studio room designed with your comfort in mind. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed space that includes a bathroom, kitchenette, a cozy double bed, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We also have electric charging facilities.
