Twin Oaks is an updated doublewide home perched on a basalt knoll with 11 beautiful acres overlooking vineyards and the Columbia River. Views include river and gorge to the west and north. In springtime see waterfalls on the Washington cliffs. Located 8 miles east of Hood River, Twin Oaks is near Mosier on scenic Hwy 30. This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

This house is close to local wineries, waterfalls, breathtaking hikes, Mt. biking, river rafting, paddle-boarding, kite-boarding and downtown Hood River! The house is perfect for 6 guests and a behaved pup, $35 pet fee (owners must follow pet rules)

Sandy’s first and only Tiny House! Located just one mile from Hwy 26, this unique tiny home sits on 23 acres, offering a peaceful, private setting with easy access to Mt. Hood adventures. The tiny house has its own space and stunning Mt. Hood views, with our main home visible but not impacting your privacy. Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.

White Salmon Retreat - Tranquil, Pet Friendly

We designed and built our White Salmon Retreat to be a family-friendly, pet-friendly ($20/pet) and therapeutic space set in the trees where your soul can find rest and relaxation. Our Retreat is surrounded by mature Fir, Oak, and Maple trees and frequented by the local wildlife. We are excited to share this space with you. Fully stocked kitchen! We use scent-free laundry soap and cleaning supplies. Washer/Dryer. Deck with fire pit table and gas grill. Nectar mattress is SO COMFORTABLE!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. The White Salmon River house is a beautiful paradise on the Wild and Scenic White Salmon River. The home is located on over 6 acres of private, mature forest along the river, just 15 minutes from White Salmon, WA. This secluded retreat is the perfect base for your rafting or Columbia River Gorge adventures. We both worked and met at the nearby rafting company, Wet Planet Whitewater.
