There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Boutique stay near Boscastle with log fire

The old stables has been converted into a cosy space with a wood burning fire. Surrounded by 7 acres of mature gardens and fields there is plenty of outside space to relax and explore. Up to two dogs welcome. Shared space available in the Victorian conservatory. Free parking with electric car charging points available, we ask you leave a donation for electricity used to charge your car. Eco toiletries provided.

Delightful shepherds hut with hot tub and sea view

Enjoy the beautiful setting of this romantic spot in nature, complete with log fired hot tub where you can watch the sunset over the sea or toast marshmallows on the fire pit whilst star gazing. The Hideaway is a brand new shepherds hut, nestled in the countryside above the pretty North Cornish harbour village of Boscastle, where you can enjoy its pubs, restaurants, shops and lovely coastal walks.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
