It is 15 minutes from interstate I-65, approximately 20 minutes to downtown Lafayette and approximately 30 minutes to Purdue University. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Tippecanoe River retreat. Up to 2 dogs allowed but no cats due to potential guest's allergies. 156 feet of beautiful Tippecanoe river frontage. Best smallmouth fishing in the state of Indiana and a perfect place to watch eagles during the Winter months. Currently 2 bedroom 1.5 bath but will be adding more area soon
