Wild Treehouse Paradise in the Cliffs & Trees

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. This guest suite is located approximately 6 miles out beautiful Williamson Valley road and is across from Granite Mountain trail head on national forest which has miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.
