Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Fabulous central location, walking distance to our favorite watering hole the Ave and the legendary Buster Crabb's. Light and spacious with a great enclosed courtyard, it is perfect for drinks after exploring Southland or a bit of space for your little people to let off some steam. The apartment has excellent Wi-Fi and Netflix. We think you will really love staying here.
