London Park View Loft House

Situated on the border of Alexandra Palace Park with direct access through the rear gate. The listing is for the top Superking room, which has a large shower with a steam room next door. You will have the whole house but we lock off the master bedroom and our son’s room. (We will not be there). There is a large kitchen / dinner which opens out onto the patio, a comfortable living room with reclining sofa and TV. On the 1 st floor there is a a Japanese bathroom. A truly unique location in London.

It is a 5min walk to Bounds Green underground station on the Piccadilly line which gets you to Kings Cross in 20mins. The flat itself is peaceful and quiet being off the road and is surrounded by a lovely communal garden. The kitchen has direct access onto the garden and the flat has a lovely big spacious reception room.
