The Waterhouse is just a 15-minute drive from both the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city centre, making it a great base for exploring the area. I’m available if you need any assistance. You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic river views

A contemporary, light-filled, first-floor apartment perfectly designed for two positioned in the heart of the ever-popular village of Horning in the Norfolk Broads. The king-size bedroom comes with luxury bedlinen, plenty of wardrobe space and towels are also provided in the modern ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). There is a TV, DVD player (and plenty of DVDs), WIFI and a radio, as well as lots of information about local attractions.

Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
