Close to Sacramento Int’l Airport (15 mins), UC Davis (12 mins), Cache Creek Casino (30 mins). Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 & Hwy 16. Located near restaurants, fast food, grocery stores & shops.

Three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6, could fit in 10. We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital. No carpet at the house, just a couple of removable rugs for those who may be concerned with dust We have a spacious yard with a pergola and a gas BBQ. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings.
