Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Whilst double doors leading to the outside dining terrace with a delightful south-facing garden makes for excellent versatility in the summer.

Come and enjoy a peaceful country setting with stunning field views and luxurious comfort. Perfect for walking, relaxing, and taking in the countryside where wildlife is in abundance. Herons, Egrets, and Barn owls are often seen as well as plenty of other wildlife. Privately kept horses are also nearby as well. Once an outbuilding dating over 100 years old, the property has been transformed to a very high-standard living space with everything you need for a short getaway. (Hot tub extra fee).

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Both have en-suite WCs. The Garden Room is EITHER Bedroom 3 (with kingsize bed OR 2 singles) OR an additional sitting room. Travel Cot available for our younger guests! Sitting Room has a log burner for WINTER evenings. Secure, private, sunny rear garden with lawn and patios.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . The barn adjoins the owners home via a conservatory, but offers total privacy with its own patio and unspoilt views. It is the ideal base for watching wildlife, cycling on quiet country lanes or walking along the many local footpaths.

The Pod can accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children sleeping on the sofa bed. The Pod is self contained, with an en-suite shower room and kitchenette. There is an indoor and outdoor table and chairs for eating or if you just want to sit outside and enjoy the piece and quiet and admire the view.
