Το μοναστήρι της Ευαγγελίστριας απέχει 2 χλμ, ενώ ανατολικά βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Νικοτσάρα και Μέγας Γιαλός. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν τρία εστιατόρια. Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Ο άνετος καναπές-κρεβάτι του σαλονιού μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 2 άτομα σε 180x200cm. Στον επάνω όροφο, το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα βρίσκεται με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
