Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

A 15 minutos del Centro Histórico, 20 del centro de Coyoacán y 25 del Aeropuerto. Caminado tienes transporte Publico, Bancos, Restaurantes y tiendas. Perfecto para 5 huéspedes, 2 dormitorios con cama matrimonial y un sofa cama.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Mini loft ubicado en el corazón de Coyoacán a unos pasos de la emblemática “ Plaza la Conchita “ , camina al Centro de Coyoacán , Museos , Cafeterías y Restaurantes. Un lugar encantador y con todo lo esencial ( cocina, mesa para comer , baño completo, cama, sofá cama , TV ). Dentro de las áreas comunes tenemos: terraza, lavandería , sala de estar . No cuenta con estacionamiento, sin embargo es una zona muy segura y al rededor podrás encontrar estacionamiento y pensión pública.

The neighborhood includes Frida Khalo's Museum.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
