The Dam House: A gorgeous Desert Aire View home

This amazing home is a great retreat for families and couples alike. This is a welcoming home for people from all backgrounds. You can walk the river path, attend concerts at the Gorge Amphitheater, enjoy wineries, bring your boat, visit the ORV park, enjoy championship golf, visit museums, hike Wahluke slope or simply stay in and enjoy the grounds. May-October the private pool/hot tub is usually all you need. This is my piece of heaven and I hope you love it too. Parties or events not allowed

Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

Located in Central WA next to the Columbia River, this fully equipped home was designed with comfort and fun in mind. Bring the whole family and enjoy the large, fully fenced yard, a trampoline, cornhole boards, and much more. This is the perfect getaway location, whether it's relaxing in the sun, enjoying concerts at the Gorge, or fishing on the Columbia. This place has it all.

Sunland estates concert getaway

Hosted by me and my sister Kendra! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. About a 10 minute drive to the gorge amphitheater for concerts and a 5-10 minute walk to the river to cool down! Sunland store is open seasonally located right up the street from our house. The boat launch is about 5 minutes from our house. There is a few shuttles that will run you up to the gorge and back but it is advised to contact them early on as they fill up fast if they are available.
