After a day of wine touring just take a quick turn off the trial for a quiet place to watch the cottages across the lake sparkle as the sun sets on them. This space is a small, cozy set up. A low loft above offers 2 twin beds while downstairs there is a queen bed and a couch pullout. Nice wrap around deck offers a great place to grill outside.

Glamping tiny home located in the finger lakes region, nestled between Keuka & Canandaigua Lakes. The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife. (Note the pond is shared with owners and other guests).

Whitetail Retreat

Relaxation comes natural at our unique tiny house situated on a Whitetail deer farm overlooking the pond. We supply fishing poles, firewood, and deer cookies to hand feed the friendly deer. Weather is unpredictable, but we have two decks, one of which is covered with a barbecue grill to keep you dry and still enjoy nature. The loft bedroom is not for everyone, as you must climb a ladder. Also, the house is elevated so you must also be able to do stairs. We are not handicap accessible .

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. This is a beautiful off grid cabin located out in nature. It’s a one room cabin with two queen sized beds. There is no running water, however a portable restroom and outdoor shower are at the cabin. 12V lighting & USB ports for charging phones. Enjoy the scenic views from the outdoor fire pit or on the screened in porch! Bring your own food and drinks. Clean bedding is provided. Come check us out for a great off-grid experience!

2016 Cabin borders the Keuka Lake Outlet/Trail. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that runs from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The Outlet trail is a 6+ mile walking/biking trail with great views, waterfalls, etc. Cabin has heat/A.C, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, USB charging outlets for cell phones. Outdoor cook grill and fire pits for campfires. If more sleeping capacity is needed let us know ahead and we can park our 2021 camper there for you (added fee)

Stay at an off-the-grid Adirondack style log cabin located in Penn Yan. Guest can enjoy camping, reconnect nature, enjoy a warm fire by the fireplace during the winter and explore the trails. Connected with solar power, guest will be able to keep their cell phones charged and the lights on. This year-round cabin offers a spot along the Keuka Lake wine trail, Watkin Glen State Park, The Windmill or a warm place for the ice fishermen! Pet Friendly!

Relax at this peaceful primitive campsite. Right on the Finger lakes wine trail and a view of Seneca Lake from the hill. Have a cozy campfire or heat up inside by the warm wood stove! THIS IS A OFF GRID PRIMITIVE CAMPSITE. NO RUNNING WATER. (Detached outhouse) NO ELECTRIC. NO AMENITIES. Contained A-frame shelter with queen-size loft mattress. Bring your own bedding, camping supplies, and cooking materials for campfire or wood stove.
