Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate

Kiss me over the Garden gate is an heirloom cottage flower. And like many of the plants of this arid landscape, our garden and the apartment itself emphasizes efficiency and minimalism with a dash of whimsy and charm. The apartment is located in the original footprint of my house which was built in 1905. I live in the newer addition adjacent to the apartment. One wall separates the old from the new. Outside in the yard guests will find years of gardening experiments...not all fruitful.

Chico Peak cabin nr Yellowstone/Chico Hot Springs

One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

Enjoy the fireplace, leather furniture, netflix, comfortable queen bed, and a bathroom with soaps & hair products etc. I have tried to anticipate all of your needs. No unapproved guests, no hook-ups. This is right off the interstate. Quiet little town. 7 minutes from Laurel, 20 minutes from Billings. TV with access to Netflix. This doesn't have a kitchen but there is a microwave and mini fridge.
