Lägenheten är nyrenoverad och interiört är det mesta nytt - förutom en del antika detaljer. Vi har lagt fokus på svensk- och dansk design, där centerpiece är de drömlika sängarna. Du finner ett pentry med mikrovågsugn, kylskåp med frysfack, exklusiv kaffemaskin, vattenkokare och servis för två personer. Badrummet är nytt!

Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

Charmerende luksus city lejlighed for et par (1 dobbeltseng) i gammel ejendom (købmandsbutik) fra 1900-talet, lige over for det gamle Kommunehospitalet, som nu er et universitet. Der er egen indgang under et lille træ, krukker og kaffe-latte-bænk foran. Det er en stille, solrig, ensrettet gade, med kig ned til søerne i den ene ende af gaden og Botanisk have’s drivhus i den anden ende af gaden. 2 min. til Stantsmuseum for kunst, stor park Østeranlæg. 4 min.gang til Nørreport station/metro.
