Our home is located just 25 minutes from downtown Nevada City and 5 minutes from the South Fork of the Yuba River. The interior is thoughtfully decorated and furnished making the space perfect for guests looking to relax in comfort. This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.
