Experience Fall at the Vista Knolls House! This two-bedroom, one bathroom Nevada County retreat is nestled on 10 private acres of gentle old-growth woodland. Our home is located just 25 minutes from downtown Nevada City and 5 minutes from the South Fork of the Yuba River. The interior is thoughtfully decorated and furnished making the space perfect for guests looking to relax in comfort. If you're seeking a serene escape with a touch of wildlife wonder, you have found the perfect destination.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round.
