Please consider that windows face street - i love the city vibes that sometimes come in, with a park just across the street but for those in a need of an absolute peace and quiet just make sure you’re all good with that :) We are often fully booked - if the dates you're looking for are available don't hesitate to book we'll take great care of you. Trust me and the reviews, you're in good hands. Business or leisure – this is the place you'll be happy to come back to. It is tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a comfortable and beautiful stay – fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, washing machine, fridge, workspace and located right across the street from a beautiful park. There's a separate bedroom and a living room that is combined with the kitchen. Very cozy, warm and clean. Spacious bathroom. Please know that both windows go out to street so in summer if you keep them open city life noise will be there. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Me and my husband Mikelis are available via phone or email. This is a lovely area with cool cafes, bars, and restaurants within 15 minutes and the old town a pleasant walk away. Public transport is just around the corner, while the stunning Ziedoņdārzs Park is right next to the building. Use Terbatas or Barona street to get you to city center on foot; full of lovely architecture on the way. Miera street distric is a 10 minute walk away and full of tredy cafe, local craftsmet shops, chololate museum and more. Enjoy your time! Trolleybus stop is located just outside the apartment and on your left (on Caka street) Although I usually prefer using tram to get to old town - that's located on Kr. Barona street - when you leave the apartment turn right on Artilerijas street. Next street after Barona is Terbatas - that a wonderful option if u're taking a walk. If u're here for a longer stay consider buying 5 day pass for public transport. Also Taxify app - its a wonderful app for taxies in Riga. Very affordable option. Please know that both windows go out to street. Windows have fantastic sound isolation, curtains block out light and I don't feel its noisy- noisy, but during the summer the streets gets busy and I can't guarantee absolute silence to those highly sensitive to noise.

Place makes impression of something as 'touching the nature in the city'. Some materials used in building improve environment and natural feeling as well, for example, wheat flour-sand walls, rocket mass heater from clay in the form of a rising tree, or reed ceiling and self-made wooden shelves and wardrobe, moss from forest in the slots, crop from country, latvian traditional decors. Fireplace & Hot Bath for you! This is the place for silence lovers, for yogis, for self-seekers and artists.

Cozy flat in Riga

A comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. The flat is looking at a courtyard and very quiet. It is on the ground floor and has all amenities needed for a good short stay. Super fast WiFi, multiple coffee pod machine, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, smart TV. I am a seasoned traveler and stayed in hundreds of Airbnb's and tried to make this space as best as it can be for others looking for a home from home. 30 sqm. cozy studio apartment in brick house which is about 100 years old. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator in the house. There is a beautiful Ziediņdārzs park 3-4 minutes walk. One minute walk from the apartment there are two grocery stores, gym, pharmacy, hygienic goods and cosmetic store, in front of the house Tram stop. Along the street is a bicycle path. You can walk to the old town for 20 minutes moving all the time straight, without turning to other streets.

The flat is situated in the center of the city in the house, built in 1900. The style of the flat is fusion with the elements of loft. The flat is equiped with all necessary things people need, trying to make staying of my guests full of comfort and pleasure. All equipment was picked up with the help of designer and respect for guests. The bath has a light crackles, which doesn't disturb bathing.
