Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

This newly rebuilt beach house is located at Agia Marina, a village about 8km west of Chania. Touching the sandy beach, 20m from the sea is the private front yard of the house. Relaxing on the front yard near the mulberry tree, one can gaze at the Thodorou island not far away from the coast. The house can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of people in it's two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra WC and a cozy living room.

The seaside Villa Hydrobates stands proudly on the rocks and is characterized by high aesthetics with stunning panoramic views of the Cretan Sea. It features outdoor jacuzzi with the possibility of heating and is fully equipped, providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Heated jacuzzi is charged an additional 40 euros/night and requires 2 days notice in advance.
