Nice and quite and 5 min from I40 or I540. we will allow 1 pet under 30lbs with pet fee . if you have more thank one pet please contact us.

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. We do hope that you will give us a chance and come stay with us and enjoy the old Western charm Fort Smith has to offer. This unit is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This venue has at least 10 bars and restaurants up and down the main Avenue a wonderful place to have a good time

The fold down table on the wall with 2 fold up chairs allows you to have a eat on table or a work desk that does not take up room. You'll be less than 5 minutes from the I49/I40 interchange, 3 minutes from downtown, 1 minute from the hospital and just a couple of minutes from grocery stores and restaurants! 10 minutes to Fort Smith!

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
