Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Social distancing done right! Relax and unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views of nature and unforgettable sunsets from our Little Slice of Hamlin. We are located on the main lake. Rent water toys to play in the summer or ice fish in the winter! Drive 10 minutes to downtown Ludington, Ludington Beach, or the State Park. Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

The Milkhouse at Polcin Dairy Farm

Peaceful Milkhouse cottage on historic Polcin Dairy Farm—country quiet just minutes from groceries, downtown Ludington, and the beach. Relax in a cozy living room, cook in a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, Instant Pot, blender, slow cooker, spices), and sleep soundly with mini-split heating/cooling in both the living room and bedroom. The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Log Cabin with amazing view of the Pere Marquette

A beautiful log home built in 2007 with all of the amenities you'd want nestled just below the flies only stretch of the Pere Marquette River. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A full kitchen and gorgeous view of the river. A great home base to enjoy all the activities available to you. It is also a wonderful place to relax in the hammock by the river. Stairs down to the river. You can fish right off the banks. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Ludington.

Large fire pit w/ lots of chairs. 2-3 Miles to several beaches, boat launches, golf and disk courses.
