Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

Please note that although the unit is attached to a main house, there is a separate entrance and there is no direct contact with the owner.

The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood near many delicious eateries, &popular attractions like Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Anaheim Convention Center, Downtown Santa Ana & etc. The suite is attached to the house and includes a private bedroom, private bathroom and a super spacious living/entertainment room that opens up to the courtyard. A private entrance that is accessible through the driveway gate. Street parking is always available right in front of the house.

Escape to this 120 ft tiny house, nestled in a serene backyard where you can reconnect with nature, and even enjoy fresh fruit from the garden! It is in a convenient location, you can go to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, AMC theater, In&Out, Troy High School within 10 mins drive. One parking space is provided on the driveway.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
