The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Accommodating up to 4 persons, it provides the perfect setting for families and small groups of people to enjoy the island’s unique beauty and sense of time-forgotten mystery.

Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. Nikolaos house is located in the upper part of Symi and was recently renovated to host up to 6 persons. The amazing view from the balcony gives you the opportunity to see the harbor and the beauty of the city in another angle. The house contains two bedrooms in the first floor, with each 1 double bed. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.
