House in the countryside of Turin

We are a young family and we live in Arignano, a small village located in the province of Turin at he border to the beautiful Monferrato hills. We live in the farmhouse which has been belonging to our family for more than 150 years; in the last few years we have been beginning renovating it, to create a pleasing place for us and for the guests who are hopefully coming to visit this beautiful region. The apartment has a surface of about 80 m², it is provided with independent heating system and consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a big living room with dining area and a completely furnished kitchen. Here you are going to find a sat-TV, internet WiFi and materials about the area (books, brochures, city maps). On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: the biggest one is a double room furnished with typical piedmont pieces of furniture dating back to the 19. century. It looks onto a small balcony. The smallest one has two separated beds and a furniture dating back to the 60ies of the 20. century. Outside there is a big garden with a reserved area for you provided with gazebo, chaise-longue and grill. The children can of course play in the garden. Possibility to park in the courtyard. The price is for the whole apartment and includes the final cleaning (for long staying, cleaning once a week), towels, bed sheets, costs for the heating, water and electricity. Our farmhouse is located outside the small village of Arignano, at the border to the Monferrato hills. The house is not far from an artificial lake (about 500 mt), a natural oasis for animals and birds, which invites to relaxing strolls. On the hills there are small vineyards for the growing of typical wines (freisa, barbera, malvasia), and in the area there are a lot of wine producers where you can taste and buy good wines to good price. The farmhouse is a very good location for trips to Turin (about 25 km), Asti and Monferrato region (about 40 km), Alba and Langhe region (about 50 km). Not far from us there are some interesting highlights to be visited (Vezzolano Abbey, Castelnuovo Don Bosco, the city of Chieri, Superga church, wine industry Martini & Rossi with wine museum).
