Quiet Coastal-Valley Ranch Home

This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!

My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Hidden oasis..escape to tranquility..

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Beautiful Private Barn , In Country

The Barn is a one bedroom apartment. It sits atop a Studio apartment ( Petite Barn) stairs. The grounds are 2 1/2 acres . You will hear roosters. Dirt road. Only children who are over 10, and 100% swim safe.This is a quiet environment... to be kept quiet for reading, napping, yoga, resting, retreating. We are yogis, surfers, readers, gardeners, and appreciate a quiet calm surrounding:) that being said the pool and jaquzzi hours are 8 am - 10 pm . Dog fee $65 per dog .

We are halfway between San Francisco and LA with easy access to Highway 101. You will appreciate the ease of settling into this well designed space. You will have your own private parking space, entrance, a well stocked kitchen, as well as a clean organized home. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as an quiet and private space to work.

Coastal Casitas

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

Our charming guest home is located in the heart of the Edna Valley. We are minutes to downtown San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach, steps away from award winning wineries. Romantic and restful with easy access to all the central coast has to offer. Cal Poly University is 7 miles from the Casita. We are less than 2 miles from two wedding venues. Green Gate and the White Barn.
