Now, The Sanctuary is the place for your peaceful escape, The entire home will be yours including a Master King-Suite with large private bath, and a Queen room with a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and a quiet outdoor patio to enjoy coffee and a sunrise, or stargazing in the evening. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Tammy’s Cozy Cabin is located minutes from Jacksonville and Piedmont, AL. It is close to biking, hiking, and horse trails. Jacksonville State University football, softball, and basketball. There are also wineries, museums, and kayaking. You can sit on the front porch or around the fire-pit and listen to the sounds of nature. It is located on the owners property but is secluded by trees. It had its own drive and self-check in.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Miller Farms: A Quiet Country Cabin Retreat

This is a quiet get-away located on Miller's farm only 20 min. from I-20 between Atlanta & B'ham The sunsets are spectacular. Mt. Cheaha is approximately 15 minutes from the farm. The farm is located approximately 45 minutes from the Talladega Race Track and Anniston (home to the Cheaha Challenge bicycle race),Talladega National Forest 10 minutes, Tallapoosa River and Lake Wedowee, 281 Scenic Byway, Scenic Hwy 49 that leads to US Military Park at Horse Shoe Bend.

Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.

The start of this project was a box off a u haul truck. Now it is a cozy tiny home where animals come right up to the deck and you can enjoy sunsets over the pond. We love to have this place where families can come out and get away from the rat race of life and enjoy being out in nature. Guests are welcome to join us for whatever activities we are doing during your stay whether it’s working in the garden or caring for the animals.
