Atascadero Guesthouse Central Coast Wine Country

This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in. The hot tub is open in March to Dec. Contact hosts if plan to use.

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

I am so happy to help you make your visit a memorable one. The guesthouse is set among oak trees at top of a hill in rural Atascadero. Restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center in town are a short drive away. See the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo, then go for a hike at Stadium Park. We are a bit off the beaten path so you will need to get around by car or Uber or Lyft. We have plenty of parking space available. My 9 year old Golden Retriever, Theo and his pal, my orange cat named Mango, will probably greet you upon arrival. They both love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house in case anyone has allergies. They look forward to meeting you! :)

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy. Vacation Rental Permit # 104038

Maverick Bungalow

Maverick Bungalow is an adorable, quiet, hillside hide-a-way on the East side of Paso Robles, overlooking vineyards and rolling hills. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow features a living room, kitchen, and an amazing deck with views for miles, perfect for that morning breakfast or evening wine sip. Over 25 wineries and distilleries within 15 minutes and endless local attractions nearby. Close to Highway 46 East for easy access. The master BDR has views and the 2nd BDR features a trundle bed.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Apricot Cottage

Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage newly remodeled building from the 1940's. The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability. This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!

The Morro Road Casita

The Casita is located on the countryside just off the well known Morro Road. This centrally located Casita is just 20 minutes to either Paso Robles, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. The Casita is nestle between two hills on a 10 acre ranch, where you can watch the sunrise over the hillside and sunset towards the coast. The Casita is equipped with all the necessities you need for a get away weekend. Also we are very pet friendly!
