The apartment enjoys good access to public transportation: major bus stops are 1 to 2 blocks away and Columbia Heights metro station is less than a 10 minute walk (Cleveland Park Metro is a short bus ride away). Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis but residential parking permits are required during the week (not weekends) if you plan to park more than 2 hours at a time. There is a Whole Foods supermarket two blocks away and many gyms and yoga studios to try right next. We have a 98 (out 100) walk paradise score. My other fav grocery store nearby is Traders Joes. As often as you need. A 5-block walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, the apartment occupies a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of great dining and shopping just steps away. There’s a supermarket two blocks away, as well the cocktail bars that line 14th St NW. There are several Metro stations nearby, the most convenient is Dupont Cicle, red line, also there are shuttles and buses to different locations nearby. There are discounts for monthly rents.

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.
