The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Located 150m from the beach or Baird Park, 600m to the local cafes with access to the iconic Grand Pacific Walk right on your doorstep (about a 4km walk to the Sea Cliff Bridge). Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.
