Die Unterkunft liegt günstig, da man in Bahnhofsnähe ist und die Stadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Der Blick aufs Kitzbüheler Horn und die Grasberge sind ein Bonus.
