Dieses Apartment überzeugt vor allem durch eines: den herrlichen Panoramaausblick auf die nahgelegenen Berge. Das ist aber nicht alles, denn die großzügige Wohnung über zwei Stockwerke ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Whirlpool-Badewanne und die größtenteils Zirbenholzbetten laden zum Entspannen ein, ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Alle Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet und aufgrund der Lage, besonders ruhig. Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohnungen verteilt über vier Etagen. Auf jeder Ebene gibt es mindestens ein Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer und/ oder Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer. Wir haben selbst schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet und haben uns daher an unseren eigenen, eher anspruchsvollen Bedürfnissen orientiert. Bei uns finden Sie eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung mit vielen Extras, die wir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht separat in Rechnung stellen. Einzelzimmer im klassischen Sinne gibt es keine. Dafür aber vielfältigste Schlafmöglichkeiten: - im Dachgeschoß: Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, nutzbar als Doppelbett (Einzelmatratzen, 90*190 mit festem Fußteil) Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten, nutzbar als Doppelbett (Einzelmatratzen, 90*200) und ein Sofa (nutzbar als Matratzenlager (zwei Schlafplätze, für Kinder je nach Alter auch drei oder vier) Bad mit WC, Whirlpool und Waschmaschine Haustechnikraum (nicht zugänglich für Gäste) Zwei Sitzsäcke - Panoramaetage (2. Das Haus verfügt über ein Schließsystem, so dass auch Kombinationen von Wohnungen buchbar und mit einem Schlüssel begangen werden können. Per Telefon, Whatsapp quasi allzeit erreichbar. Darüberhinaus haben wir ein Housekeeping-Team, das nach Absprache und gegebenenfalls gegen Entgelt für weitere Dienstleistungen verfügbar ist. Die nächsten Nachbarn wohnen etwa 200 Meter entfernt, der Ort Alpirsbach selbst beginnt erst etwa nach 700 Metern. Das Haus liegt wunderbar einsam an einem Südhang im Wald mit Blick ins Kinzigtal. Per Auto und Zug kann man wunderbar anreisen, sowohl in Südrichtung als auch Nordrichtung gut erreichbar. Selbst erleben, Bilder können die einzigartige Atmosphäre mitten im Wald und Blick ins Kinzigtal nicht wirklich 1:1 wiedergeben. Wir freuen uns auf Euer Kommen!

Romantični stan s balkonom u srcu grada

Gledajte s ovog prelijepog balkona s cvijećem i u pozadini ćete vidjeti centar grada i planine Black Forest. Čitanje knjige uz čašu lokalnog vina u zalasku sunca je samo san. Cijela sanitarna oprema za kupanje (WC/tuš/WC) je nova. U kadi imate svježe prekrivače, šampon, gel za tuširanje, higijenske dodatke, peškire itd. Cijeli stan vam je na raspolaganju. Praonica je u prizemlju . Vlasnik stana živi u neposrednoj blizini, što vam kao gostu pruža priliku da bolje organizujete svoj kulturni program i logističke stvari. Stan se nalazi u mirnoj ulici u blizini 'Termalne oblasti' i svih znamenitosti Baden-Badena koje morate vidjeti. Udaljen je samo 80 metara od centralnog trga, Augustaplatza, sa evangeličkom crkvom, kongresnom dvoranom, fontanama, odličnim restoranima i supermarketom. Glavna centralna autobuska stanica nalazi se na oko 100 metara niz ulicu, u Augustaplatzu. Pruža vam sve moguće veze, od kojih je jedna direktna autobuska linija do željezničke stanice (autobus 201).! ! Vrlo važno: gradska taksa 3,8 EUR/osoba/dan (18+) mora se dodatno platiti. Razmislite o tome. U apartmanu možete pronaći široku ponudu za izlete na Baden-Baden, okolicu, Black Forest, kao i termalne/wellness/fitness aranžmane i dijagnostičke mogućnosti Baden-Badena. Usluga prevoza od/do aerodroma se nudi uz doplatu (zahtjev za pls). Također možete zatražiti pomoć u pogledu medicinskog pratnje/prevođenja ili čak organizacije spa ili medicinskih tretmana (profesionalna prijava).

Ekskluzivno sa saunom u idiličnom Feissenhofu

Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli srednji sprat. Vlasnik privremeno zauzima donji sprat, pod uslovom da nema gostiju. Osim toga, gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli objekat (oko 1 hektar). Ovo je u potpunosti ograđeno. Ovdje se nalazi i jezero za plivanje, koje vas poziva da plivate ljeti. Kada i bačva sauna s grijanjem na drva također su dostupni samo gostima. Stan, kao i cijeli objekat, pripadaju njima potpuno sami. Ako imate nekih pitanja, slobodno me kontaktirajte telefonom. Može se dogoditi da se neophodan posao obavlja u vrtu (npr. čišćenje snijega). Mali grad Schönwald sa 2400 stanovnika nalazi se u srcu Crne šume. To je jedan od idiličnih uglova ovog prirodnog raja i poznat je po ugodnoj klimi. Feissenhof se nalazi samo dva kilometra od Schönwalda. U Schönwaldu ćete pronaći sve sadržaje za svakodnevne potrebe i turističke informacije. U sjevernom susjednom gradu Tribergu, najvišim njemačkim vodopadima, kao i željezničkoj stanici s vezama s željezničkom prugom Black Forest. Instagraam: # feissenhof Javni prevoz do farme je relativno teško doći. Drvo za masažnu kadu i saunu je dovoljno dostupno i uključeno u cijenu.
