Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Findlay Cottage in Loch Lomond

Situated in Loch Lomond National Park, Findlay Cottage is a perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy everything in this beautiful part of Scotland. We are situated on the John Muir way with plenty of walking and cycling routes. Findlay Cottage is the entirely separate annexe of our house with private entry, field and private parking. Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Beautiful two bedroom Lodge with wonderful views overlooking Loch Long on the Rosneath Peninsula. This quiet hillside location is the perfect place to stay if you or your family are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The lodge sleeps up to 4 persons with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be set up for one or two persons. One well behaved dog is allowed. Unfortunately I do not allow cats The most perfect location for a well deserved break.

Great getaway cabin on the Banks of Loch Lomond, fantastic views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A great base for enjoying the many water sports available on the loch, hill walking or simply a relaxing break. We have recently changed the cabin to a self catering accommodation. It now compromises of a kitchen and separate seating area, fully glazed to enjoy the loch what ever her moods! New pictures will follow.
