2-room/2-bed suite w/kitchenette attached to our home. Private entrance & patio, bath w/shower-tub, bedroom w/queen bed , desk, dresser, TV & closet. Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). Discounts: 7+ days (15%); 28+ days (30%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!
