Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Peaceful, spacious and comfortable charming vacation home by the Bay. This 4 bedroom 2 full bath house has a master suite, large dining room, full kitchen, back deck with grill, and large front porch where you bask in the ocean breeze. In addition to the the bay view in the front, enjoy the four acre field across the street and a two block walk to the water. Great for fishing, crabbing, water activities & local scenery. 3/4 Acre on Keller Bay! Lighted private fishing pier with green lights, and beautiful sunset views! Private get away big enough for the whole family! House has Wi-Fi, and TV apps to catch the game or watch a movie. Great fishing, great duck hunting! Newly remodeled home with all the fixings. Garage to store your all equipment during your stay. Washer/Dryer, Minutes from boat launch and public park. 10-15 minutes to Port Lavaca. Typically 3'-4' deep at end of pier year around. (Pending Weather)
