Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

Baywood Park Garden Cottage

Cosy and cute, private one bedroom tiny cottage in Baywood Park for two guests. Just minutes to Morro Bay, ocean bluffs, bay and hiking trails in Montana de Oro State Park. The tiny house cottage resides in a sunny semi-rural residential neighborhood, just minutes to the bay and Elfin Forest. Comfy queen size bed in the separate one bedroom, large shower, full kitchen and dining area, private deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Perfect for a short stay or to finally finish that novel :)

The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

We're in an excellent quiet location, just one block from the Bay, Audubon Lookout, Farmers Market, and unique restaurants. Only a five-minute drive to the MUST-SEE Montana de Oro State Park.
