Complete with a backyard bar & swings, an outdoor bamboo shower, and plenty of yard space. Inside you will experience an open floor plan, unique hand-made design features, & color-filled rooms to inspire a whimsical vacation mindset. The thoughtful design of this house makes it a group friendly, budget conscious, well-trained dog loving, retreat option.

Shell Cottage DOG Friendly in Historic District

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!
