The building is Grade C listed and accessed by a spiral staircase.Experience wildlife and dark skies from your garden too. The garde Jedburgh is within easy reach so you have the best of both worlds. This is a safe haven for walkers, golfers , fishermen, families and riders alike

Herb Wood Cottage - a unique, perfect getaway

A unique mid-terraced country cottage set in beautiful farmland. This bright, spacious and well-equipped cottage is dog-friendly and includes space for bikes. Enjoy the large, fully fenced garden - a peaceful, private spot perfect for relaxing in tranquil surroundings. The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. Cedar Cabin

A spacious timber cabin built 8 years ago. In a very quiet location amid the fields and woods of our farm, situated in the garden of my home and off a private road leading only to the farm. Cooking facilities are microwave, mini-cooker with two rings and oven, slow cooker, frig and sink. Beds are made up as king size unless singles are requested in advance. Pets are welcome. The Cabin has its own garden securely fenced. Garden furniture with sun loungers, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.

Cozy and modern flat in the heart of Hawick

This stylish second-floor flat offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living space features a sofa bed, smart TV, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, while the modern bathroom comes stocked with all the essentials. Located just off the High Street, you’ll be close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Parking is easy with free on-street options or paid parking nearby for £5 per day.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Bread Oven Cottage - a cosy slice of history

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. VisitScotland 4star graded. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. You will also have your own comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

Hidden gem. Cosy Shepherds Hut in idyllic farmland

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.

Jedburgh is a town and a former Royal Burgh in the Scottish Borders and a traditional county town of the historic county of Roxburghshire. It is 10 miles (16 km) from the Border of England. Jedburgh lies on the A68 between the cities Edinburgh and Newcastle upon Tyne.
