Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir 4 à 6 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 minutes à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Détendez-vous dans ce meublé 3* calme et élégant situé à Menthon Saint Bernard. Il est lumineux et est situé au dernier étage de notre maison avec une entrée indépendante. L'appartement vous enchantera pour son intimité et son confort. Sans vis-à-vis, la maison est au bout d'une impasse . Le logement n'est pas adapté aux enfants. Été comme hiver, vous pourrez pratiquer de nombreuses activités de pleine nature. Les activités culturelles ne manquent pas. Non accessible personne à mobilité réduite.

Featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two double/twin rooms, one small room with bunk beds for two people and a double sofa bed. it is perfect for up to 8 people, but just in case there is also a trundle bed that can be used for an additional guest & travel cot for a baby. There is secure bike storage and a ski locker
