Bicycles are available as well as kayaks! Comfortably sleep 2 in the queen bed. Full size futon & cot also. Things to do are endless!

Da Knob on Lake Independence

Enjoy beautiful Lake Independence 25-30 miles NW of Marquette, MI with a 3-bedroom lake cottage right on the southside of the lake with a sandy beach (217 ft) and dock. Pontoon not included, but there is an open boat slip on our dock (mid-June through mid-October). 2 kayaks are included. Some of the best UTV and snowmobiling trails along with backcountry snowmobiling in the U.P. are right in your backdoor. Fish for walleye, perch, pike, and bass on Lake Independence in the summer or winter!

Random Point: Apartment Tree House

Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.

The Beach House

Beautiful year round beach house. This tiny house is located on Second Sand Beach. Guests will enjoy an all sand beach on Lake Superior. It is 8 miles from the town of L’Anse, and a 40 minute drive to Houghton. Cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and ORV trails are minutes away. Participate in the many summer and winter fishing tournaments in the area or relax and unwind on the private beach. A boat launch area is a short walk down the beach.
