No Pets! Located in Spring Creek FL, a safe fish camp community on the gulf waters. This tiny house is the place to relax. Rocking chairs, fire pit, and sunsets all provided right here. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or launch the fishing kayaks provided. The house was decorated by my wife and deep cleaned by the both of us!! Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
