Cosy cottage has been fully refurbished in 2023 to a very high standard to give a first class experience to guests in the heart of the village, in a quiet location. The cottage is a few minutes walk from 2 great pub /restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store. Bus stop to Glasgow and neighbouring villages is also a few minutes. The location is great for Glasgow airport only 7 miles, loch Lomond is 20 miles away and the ferries on the coast are only 15 miles away that go to many islands.

Our one bed flat is in the centre of the village of Balloch, Loch Lomond, known as the gateway to the north. Both the train station and bus station are only a few minutes walk away and nearby numerous walking, climbing and hiking trails. The cultural venues in the cities of Glasgow and Stirling are approximately 30-40 minutes by car. There is a free carpark across the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor above the shops, cafes and bars in the centre of the village.

Great central location for exploring Scotland. 2 bed mid terraced house with magnificent views over Dumbarton Castle and the River Clyde. Minutes from Overton Estate with plenty of walking and bike trails. Excellent base for visiting the stunning Loch Lomond area and beyond, with convenient access to Glasgow and Edinburgh by train or car.
