Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). In front of the apartment there is a small garden and terrace with a view to the sea and Pelješac peninsula.
